A $25 deposit is required to reserve your session. This goes toward your total, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. The rest of the payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can relax and enjoy your experience. If you’re running late, just let us know! Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may shorten your session or require rescheduling.

We understand life happens! You can reschedule it once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we’re happy to apply for a future visit. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit.

Sometimes babies just don’t want their close-up—and that’s okay! If we’re unable to get good images, we’ll invite you back for a complimentary quick rescan within the next week or two.

We love when you share this moment with loved ones! To keep things comfortable, we suggest bringing no more than 3–5 guests. Little ones are welcome but must be supervised.

Our ultrasounds are elective and non-diagnostic, meaning they’re just for bonding and keepsakes. We always recommend being under the care of your healthcare provider. Image clarity also depends on things such as baby’s position, movement and maternal body type. We will do our best to capture the best quality images for you, but results are not guaranteed.
